We were first established in 1987 by Terry Ball and joined by Matthew Ball in 1995.
Terry and Matthew, are joined by Licensed Conveyancer, Kirstie Waite. They are assisted By Lucy Luxon with secretarial support, and Sally Ball in accounts who is also our interpreter for our Chinese clients.
We believe that when selling or buying your home it is important that you receive quality independent advice from qualified and experienced conveyancers from start to finish. At Right Conveyancing Matthew and Kirstie, with support from Terry, will deal with your transaction throughout. We aim to make you feel confident that you are always receiving the best possible advice.
This means that there will not be any delay whilst your file is checked by a qualified lawyer and enquiries raised will be pertinent to the nature of the transaction.
We are allowed by our professional rules to act for both Seller and Buyer provided that both agree and there is no conflict of interest. This can speed up the process by eliminating delay caused by the need to wait for the other side’s conveyancer to respond to enquiries. We have daily meetings to discuss any issues and to find solutions.
Our web pages are designed to be informative for your benefit. We hope you will find these pages answer most of your questions but please telephone to discuss your particular requirements.
